We have 40 two-bedroom units (800 square feet plus basement) and 42 three-bedroom units (1000 square feet plus basement). We have 5 units equipped for hearing impaired members.
Our 3-bedroom units have 1 1/2 bathrooms, with a full bathroom upstairs and a powder room on the main floor. Our 2-bedroom units have one full bathroom upstairs.
Each unit has a backyard, and a driveway with one parking space in front of their unit. There are extra parking spaces throughout the co-op for members and visitors to use.
Some units have a finished basement, but most do not. All units have privacy fences in the backyards between neighbours, and some have been fully enclosed by previous members.
